About the collection

VILTIRA offers a curated jewelry collection. The site is currently a preview and checkout is closed. Product details and delivery arrangements are being finalised. Some images are AI-assisted visual previews; consult the product description and confirmed specifications before purchasing.

Product information and availability

We source products from suppliers after orders are placed and inspect and pack them in Fuzhou. Availability may change. We will contact you if an item cannot be supplied and refund any payment for unavailable goods; we will not substitute another item without your agreement.

Orders and payment

When ordering opens, review the product specifications, delivery estimate and total charges before paying. An order-received email acknowledges submission and is not proof of successful payment. A separate payment notification confirms payment status. Payments are processed through PayPal.

Delivery and returns

See our Shipping & Returns page for delivery, cancellation and refund information. Mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase remain unaffected.

Your account

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and keep your account credentials secure. Contact us promptly if you notice an error or unauthorised activity.

Privacy and support

Read our Privacy Notice for information about personal data. Contact us with your order number for assistance or a complaint.
